2026 HOPE WATER PROJECT 5K & FUN RUN

We invite you and your business/organization to sponsor the 2026 Hope Water Project 5K & Fun Run, May 30, 2026 at Kensington Church Troy Campus.

Your sponsorship helps to defray the cost of organizing and managing this event. Additional funds from sponsorship go directly toward our efforts to dig clean-water wells in Kenya.

Race Timing Sponsor $1,500 (1 available)

• Logo on race participant bib
• Logo on back of race participant t-shirts
• Logo on the event banner
• Acknowledgement by announcer at start of race
• Promotional materials included in race packets
• Name/logo featured in pre-event mass email and social media post
• Option to set up table at event

T-Shirt Sponsor $1,000 (4 available)

• Logo on back of race participant t-shirts
• Logo on the event banner
• Acknowledgement by announcer at start of race
• Promotional materials included in race packets
• Name/logo featured in pre-event mass email and social media post
• Option to set up table at event

Food Sponsor $500 (4 available)

• Logo on back of race participant t-shirts

• Acknowledgement by announcer at start of race

• Name/logo featured in pre-event mass email and social media post

Kid Zone Sponsor $250 (4 available)

• Logo on back of race participant t-shirts
• Logo on the event banner
• Promotional materials included in race packets

In-Kind Donation

In addition to monetary donations, we appreciate in-kind donations. The value of the in-kind donations will determine the level of sponsorship. Examples of in-kind donations include water, sports drinks, fruit, snacks, bagels, giveaways, etc.

Please complete the sponsorship form in full by May 1, 2026. If you would like to include promotional materials in the race packets, please deliver them to the Kensington Troy Campus by Wednesday, May 27.
